Include a clause in your lease agreement indicating the tenant will receive a $50.00 discount on there rent providing the rent is paid in full by the due date.  Increase your advertised rent by $50.00. 

Contact us immediately if the rent is not paid in full on the due date.  Although you the landlord will be initially charged our fee you will be reimbursed once full rent is collected from tenant.
